As Product Design Lead at Loodos, I led the end-to-end design process for the new mobile experience of a UK-based retail brand from product strategy and UX architecture to final UI delivery.

The project focused on improving product discovery, campaign visibility, and catalog browsing for a retail audience of 2M+ mobile users in the UK.
Kahve Dünyası
E-commerce / Omnichannel Experience – 2026
Working with the Loodos design team, I led the experience strategy and design handoff processes for Kahve Dünyası’s new mobile app and website.

While the UI/UX design execution was carried out by Cansu Gürsoy under my leadership, I was responsible for defining the experience direction, coordinating the design process, and ensuring smooth collaboration with engineering teams.
